1.According to the connection of reinforced bar, the machine is combined with international advanced technology, and it is our own R&D with the collection of electric, hydraulic and pneumatic automatic technology, which has the lead at home to reach the international advanced level. It can saw rebar with diameter 16-50mm, HRB335,HRB400,HRB500, with high efficiency, sized automatically, save raw material, easy operation.
2.The material storage rack is equipped with tonnage capacity, can be cooperated with transport unit to save time, feeding roller avoid a second removal. The transport unit is V style, which is more wear-resisting and reduces noise and long-life. Threading machine is equipped clamped automatically, reduce diameter and thread fully automatically.
3.Sawing efficiency：10 hours a day sawing about 800~1000 pieces thread head and 400~500 bars.
Introduction & Advantage
1.Adopting hydraulic shearing, which features are small volume、high cutting force and high output. Compared to the mechanical shear, it has the advantages of low noise、long service life and stable operation, etc.
2.Adopting import seal to the hydraulic cylinder, it is greatly increased service life.
3.With hydraulic cylinder pressing material, it has the higher pressure, and the steel bar will not rotate during cutting, therefore the steel bar will be uniformly cut.
4.Rebar fixed-length mechanism adopts servo motor control, adjusting the distance between the shear blade and positioning baffle through Servo motor drive screw mechanism. With encoder measurement, length of high precision, it can up to ± 2 mm. It can cut the rebar to kinds of length.
